| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
After hours emergency services are provided by the Emergency Clinic of Waterloo region located at 225 Kingsway Dr. in Kithchener behind the Fairview mall. If you have an emergency and can't get in touch with us please call the emergency clinic at(519)896-0555. They can help you assess whether your pet needs to be seen by the emergency veterinarian immediately or if you can treat it at home and see your regular veterinarian as soon as possible.

| How do I get my password? |
If you are a client of our clinic, you can obtain a password by calling our clinic at 763-4992. Our staff will confirm your association with us as a client and provide you with a password. |
